The sardine is a gastronomic symbol of Portugal, fished for hundreds of years on the coast by brave fishermen.
The production is carried out with traditional processes, acquired by the ancestors of the Portuguese artisans of the central region of the country. Each piece is unique, there are no two pieces alike, where imperfection makes them uniquely perfect.
