These beautiful little ceramic goddesses appeared recently whilst I was sitting daydreaming at my workbench overlooking the Somerset Levels. I live and work on the southern slope of Glastonbury Tor, the changing weather and seasons inspire me everyday. I thought that they would be lovely to carry in a pocket or as part of an altar.
I have used my favourite textural stoneware clay and added a sandstone clay slip that I collected from the Tor, it is mixed it with Chalice Well water and White Spring water….so she will bring some of the sacred hill’s energy with her to you.
I hope you’ll enjoy owning her as much as I loved making her.
They are 5.6cm long and will arrive with you in a natural jute drawstring bag.
