This lovely ceramic cup has a little surprise tucked in. When drinking, find a friend who says you hello. An animal figurine is there to make us smile to the last sip.
I cast this cup from a mold. I added a small figurine shaped by hand and soldered into the bottom of the cup. It points the nose up to catch the eye.
The clay used is earthenware. I carefully chose the colors for everything so smooth and harmonious.
The cup height is 2¼ inches (5,7 cm) and the opening is 3 3/4 inches (9,5 cm). 8 oz capacity.
Dishwasher and microwave safe.
