Sometimes it is difficult to keep all the different aspects of our lives seperate... a specific yoga class inspired these holiday ornaments (thanks Karen Conley). They are each hand cut from stoneware clay. There is a small Om symbol at heart center. Cleanly glazed with my green glaze, these are the perfect gift for the yogi in your life!

Om isn't easy to define, perhaps you've heard it described as the "sound of the universe"? You've probably heard it most often at the beginning and/or end of a yoga practice. Bhavani Lorriane Nelson, who leads workshops around the world on the power of the voice and is the creator of the CD series "Meditation Made Possible" says: "When we sound OM together, we're aligning body/mind/spirit; we're aligning with one another; we're aligning with the universe because it's the sound of the universe and we're referencing something real."
